Your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you type into the property ZIP, tank location and details fields. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is required beyond the name, phone and email.

The page you submitted from is recorded with the enquiry, along with any campaign parameters that were on the link you arrived through. That is how we know which page answered your question.

It is used to answer your enquiry and to carry out the work if you go ahead. It is not sold, and it is not passed to third parties for their own marketing.

The form posts to a Google Apps Script endpoint that writes the enquiry into a spreadsheet we control. If that post fails, the page tells you so rather than showing a success message.

No analytics property is configured on this site, so no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. If that changes, the consent banner asks first and nothing loads until you accept.

A single browser storage entry records your consent choice if you make one. That is the only thing this site stores on your device.

Enquiries are kept while they are live and for as long as the work is on record afterward. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask through the form and it will be.

It is not a directory and it is not a lead broker. Submitting the form does not put you on a list that gets sold to contractors.

It is also not legal advice. The regulations and statutes cited here are linked so you can read them yourself, and a lender, insurer, buyer or attorney can still take a different view of your property.
